How long does shipping take?

We offer express worldwide shipping. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while international orders take approximately 5-7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

How do I determine my size?

Please refer to our comprehensive Size Guide located on each product page. Our garments are designed to be true to size, but we recommend checking specific measurements for our knitwear and swimwear collections.

Are duties and taxes included for international orders?

For most countries, duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout so there are no hidden fees upon delivery. If they are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any local customs charges.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

To maintain the longevity of our signature knits and delicate fabrics, we recommend a cold hand wash with mild detergent and laying the garment flat to dry in the shade.
