At ASTA RESORT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and garment bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as a store credit within 5-7 business days.
